We are delighted to bring you a free 30 minute meditation session in our beautiful studio every Monday morning at 7.30am!

Each week (except bank holidays!) one of our team will guide you through a different meditation to help you cultivate this wonderful daily practice in your life.

One of the best daily gifts  you can give your self is meditation. Our team is passionate about sharing the benefits with you and helping you develop a regular practice. There have been a number of studies done on how it helps improve your immune system, reduces stress, helps with clarity and creativity. Neurologists have found that regular meditation actually changes your brain in ways that can help you to control emotions, enhance concentration, decrease stress, and even become more connected to those around you.

Meditation can be done at any time of the day but the morning is a great time to set an intention for the day ahead.
