Each January our team brings you a week of meditation to help kick start and support all those new years resolutions!

Join us in our calming studio each morning 13th – 17th January for a 30 minute guided meditation in aid of local organisation, Balance Summer Camp

We all start the New Year with all the best goals in the world and usually ones that are impossible to keep. One of the best daily habits you could give your-self for 2020 is a simple daily meditation.
Meditation helps improve your immune system, reduces stress, helps with clarity and creativity. Neurologists have found that regular meditation actually changes your brain in ways that can help you to control emotions, enhance concentration, decrease stress, and even become more connected to those around you.

Each morning of our meditation week, one of our team will guide you through a different seated meditation. You don’t need any experience

Meditation can be done at any time of the day but the morning is one of the best times so you can set up your head space and set an intention for the day ahead.

As you start to increase meditation as part of your practice you will feel in a calm more controlled space in your day – you won’t want to miss it.

You should run the day, the day shouldn’t run you! Start yours from a mindful and relaxed space.
