Pamela is the co-creator of The Universal Energy Arts and YogiChild Academy. She worked in the public sector for several years before embarking on a career that focuses on Energy cultivation & Healing.
Trainings have included a Diploma in Psychology & Sociology, Therapeutic Massage, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Reiki and Shiatsu techniques, which she practiced for many years both for private and corporate clients.
Pam honed her skills further through intensive training and dedicated practice of the internal energy arts of Infinite Tai Chi, Chi Kung/Qigong, Chi Yoga, Meditation, Healing Sounds and, in particular, Ling Chi Healing Art. She continues to explore, develop, integrate and embody her practice by regularly taking intensive short courses in her chosen path of Tai Chi, Qigong, Acupressure techniques and devotional Healing Meditation. These new skills continue to yield insights and understanding, expanding her consciousness. Pam expresses this wisdom through her teaching during her weekly “#MeTimeChiTime” classes and monthly “Time Out Days” and Teacher Training Courses with the Universal Energy Arts & YogiChild Academy, and during On/Off-site Corporate Health & Wellness Days and Events.
Pam is inspired to be the change she wishes to see in the world – cultivating a vibrant physical body, a pure loving heart and an open creative mind. Pam is passionate about introducing these empowering life-enhancing practices and skilful techniques to as many people as possible, young and no longer-so-young. She loves teaching, intuitively using a fusion of all of the skilful practices and healing techniques that are embodied in the Universal Energy Arts, and bringing peace and harmony, empowerment and strength to her students. All techniques are adaptable to suit all bodies.
Pam loves life and counts her many blessings everyday, grateful for living so close to Nature to consciously embrace enthusiastically the lessons of each seasonal cycle both internally and externally. She shares her passion for teaching these Arts with her partner in Universal Energy Arts and husband, Yogi Cho/Simon Skinner. She is Mum to 2 beautiful and inspiring daughters and an enthusiastic, “in-the-moment” fun loving, labradoodle.
UEA Tai Chi Qigong & Meditation Course #MeTimeChiTime with Pam Skinner
Pam shares powerful yet gentle flowing combinations of Tai Chi, Qigong, Healing Sounds & Yoga in harmony with the Seasons. She teaches Meridian Stretching & Tracing Tai Chi Qigong flows, stimulating acupressure points as well as the energy channels and meridians. The benefits of tuning into and flowing with the season while practicing Yoga/Tai Chi Qigong can greatly enhance and balance our health and well-being on many levels. When we utilise various skilful techniques and Healing Sounds we help to stimulate and tonify the bodies organs, which, in turn, resonates deeply within the chakra system. Qigong practices empower the practitioner to be centered and balanced in a relaxed internal environment to focus in the present. Tai Chi expands that relaxed yet focused conscious awareness and is often described as a Meditation and Movement in the Light.
Regular practice of these ancient life-affirming naturally mindful meditative Arts and Sciences of Living, yields Happiness and Healing, Freedom and Self-Empowerment through a practical skillset in Holistic Health which activates the body’s natural ability to heal itself: releasing blocked energy, cleansing the body of toxins and strengthening the practitioner’s physical and energetic systems. They are suitable for Everyone and All Abilities.
