Suitable for beginners or those with some experience of Pilates.
We will learn, or re-visit, some of the classical Pilates exercises, focusing on breath, muscle engagement, and moving with control and precision.
Pilates is great for increasing muscle strength and tone, particularly the core muscles (abdominals, lower back, hips, buttocks) and also for improving flexibility, and encouraging good posture. It is a great stand-alone practice, but also works really well as an addition to an existing yoga or exercise regime.
